As an independent middle-market corporate finance boutique, GCS, through its broad set of relationships, can provide a differentiated investment platform for private equity funds and strategic investors. GCS provides its Clients with access to a wide range of valuable relationships to commercial banks, asset managers, mezzanine funds investors, as well as several top private equity funds in the US, Europe and China.

GCS arranges financing for a broad range of needs, whether the purpose of financing is for growth capital, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged or management buyouts, or refinancing and recapitalizations. We aim at creating the optimal capital structure for each Client by maximizing flexibility, pricing and structure.

Raising Debt or Equity Financing: GCS has extensive relationships with bank lenders, LBO's, and distressed investment communities in the US, Europe and China to raise new equity, mezzanine or debt financing. This allows us to match the Client with the most appropriate lender. We provide fast access to debt and /or equity by:

• Debt: assisting our Clients in understanding diverse lending preferences, risk profile, structural requirements and the credit process of different financial institutions; maximizing utilization of company's assets and financial leverage multiples by assessing the company's true enterprise value and cash flow generation potential.
  
  
• Private Equity: maintaining a close connection with a broad array of both domestic and international private equity firms and continually monitoring their industry sector, size and investment criteria. By developing relationships with other potential equity financers such as individual/family and corporate strategic investors in the US, Europe and China, we are able to identify the most appropriate financing sources for the Client.
  
  
• Special Situations: identifying and accessing the most active international distressed and turnaround investors.
